I am real close to meeting my goals. I have tracked and eliminated the alcohol during the week. But 3 and 4 are out the window. I have been sticking to my plan while at work but once I get home dinner is always changed. I still try and make conscious decisions of what I am eating though.

I am down 1.5 pounds this week!!!!!! I am thrilled. I have been losing and gaining the same pound since the beginning of the year. I hope that this group will keep me accountable and I will say goodbye to that pound for good.:wink:

My goals for the week: 1. Track, track and track 2. Eliminate the alcohol during the week. I can have dinner without wine. 3. Go to yoga five times this week. 4. Stick to the menu that I have planned.

You can do stir frys with lots of vegetable and bulk it up with tofu. I have a head cold right now and I have been excersing moderately on the eliptical but haven't been going to my yoga classes. I don't know if it has helped but it makes me feel better. Good luck.

I committed to not getting on the scale after Friday. I took the batteries out of the scale. Unfortunately, I put them in my jewerly box, which is in the same closet. That made it easy for me to put them back in this morning. Urgh. I will take them out again when I get home and put them in my gym bag, which i don't keep in…

Today is day two. I got on the scale for the last time this morning and will check in again in four weeks. I worked out this morning for the first time since Saturday and I have the goal to eat just my BMR today. If that isn't correct, please let me know. My TDEE is 2647 and I plan on eating that for four weeks. I was out of town over the holiday weekend and ate and drank in moderation but knew that I was above the 1200 calories that I had been allowing myself previously. I hope to incorporate exercise back into my routine starting tomorrow and consuming 2647 consistently…

I got up at 5 am to go to the gym. Knocked out 30 min strength training and 35 minutes on the stair climber and then home to take DBF to work. I had to get up a half hour earlier than I ususally do in order to make it all happen before 6:45 this morning.
