I have the Boost Nutritional Drink instead of my breakfast. And a Speciak K Protein bar for a 4pm snack. I've never replaced a meal . But that's just me.

I personally like Shilpa Shetty's Yoga DVD. It is easy for beginners and the narrator talks about every "asana" and its uses. It made my body very flexible in a few weeks, and help me lose a little weight in a couple of months. Note - you won't lose weight immediately, but it makes you body very flexible.

Yes. I too had a very tough time. I just went only as much as I could, and did not really so hard that I would injure myself. Go easy and take a break or pause if you need. Sometimes I only did a few reps, and just stopped when I couldn't. I was still sweating. I'm not sure if it would affect the "30 day promise", but its…

Now that I read everyone saying, when I went off the pills for a few months I lost about 5-8 lbs. When I went on them again I gained about the same. No significant change in my diet though.
