I'm going to start again tomorrow. I hate working out at home, but I'm determined to do this!

on days that i work out i have a protein shake with fruit (frozen berries, banana etc), on rest days its usually weetbix and fruit :)

6" veggie on wheat lettuce red onion tomato gherkin jalapenos olives bbq sauce no cheese salt n' pepper. same sub for the last six years. cannot be bothered changing it.

I spent mine working on an assignment due the next day! The legal drinking age over here is 18 so 21 isn't a big deal!

my favourite is a really basic dinner of lentils, wilted spinach and a lemon (soy) yoghurt dressing. so delicious!

Change up your exercise plan! Go for hikes, play sports etc. Make sure that its not always the same thing! I switch up my days by doing cardio/zumba/hiking/cleaning!

Thought I would finally post in here.. I'm Georgie, twenty something, from Wellington. Semi new to MFP, keep going on and off it but now I'm committed to using it! Joining the gym again next week, aim is to get back down to 50-52kgs that I was last year.. put on weight while at my last year at uni and not having the time…

I find that going to Farmers Markets, buying bulk grains and pulses, and using EVERYTHING saves me heaps of money. I think I live on $25 NZD a week for food because I shop/eat this way.

That is crazy! Not long until christmas! My goals by then are to lose the 6kgs that i've accumulated over my last year of uni! good riddance!
