Yes, I already tried that. I wouldn't have a clue how to find that information - I don't have the tools. I'll have to see if there is something on the list that is close to it. How do you others enter 30 day shred onto your exercise diary?

Yes, thank you :). I am also doing myfitnesspal, to track my food. I actually want to put in the 30 day shred on there - but I can't find it in the list of exercises!

So I've just had a look at the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on youtube. It actually looks like something I can do! I am just unsure how long to do each level for? Do you do level 1` for 30 days? or if not, how do you know how long you do it before you move to level 2, then level 3?
