Great advice about the clothing! I will make sure I have something comfy. :) The 10K went well this morning. I finished in just under 70 minutes and yes, I'll be doing the 15 in April, assuming everything goes well.

I'm so happy you mentioned foods that cause inflammation. Do you have any resources? I have had some autoimmune issues in the past and would like to decrease foods that may be adding to the problem but can't seem to find any reliable information. Can you share?

I've been vegetarian for 14 years and believe me, I'm not starving! What I love is that it really makes you have to be creative and try new things. And, it helps that it limits food options so there's no running to McD's for a big mac. :) -Ali
