  • I'm 29 with PCOS , I was diagnosed a year or so ago, I was on metaformin but when I moved out of state the new doctor wouldn't prescribe me more medication so I'm trying to deal with it my own. Add me if you like! More motivation the better. So far I've lost 10 lbs, been on the diet for a month now.

  • Oh my goodness! That would drive me crazy too using "women" instead of "woman" when they are referring to just one person in a sentence .
