Hello, You can always take your moderate TDEE, and your active TDEE, add them together and divide by 2. This will give you an average in between them, and someplace to start with. After 8 weeks you can then look at your results and make adjustments as necessary. Thanks,

You are at the high end of light, and low end of moderate it seems. I would start with Moderate and do that for a couple of weeks and make adjustments after that, as necessary. Mike

Mine BMF and Fitbit get horribly screwed up in my morning commute. It counts my drive in as moderate activity lol So I take the BMF off and leave the fitbit on the seat next to me when driving.

I bought a set of 10-50 weights Wieder dumbbells. Love them. I wish I would have forked out the cash for a heavier set as I am pressing the 50's right now for chest exercises. I will need more for later. However 50 still gets me 95% of what I need.

Hello! To slow down your weight loss, definitely increase your caloric intake. Take it 100 calories at a time like you are doing. Increase the calories until you get at a weight loss per week that you want :) Mike
