Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve. As it is impossible to come across however, it is not often indulged in. As a go to however I like Blanton's and Maker's Mark equally, though for different reasons. I know it's not bourbon, but if you haven't tried it, Death's Door White Whiskey is utterly fantastic.
