yup, roasting them is amazing, but I use duck fat, not olive oil - lot more flavor and it browns/crisps them better IMO. I get more attention, but it's hard to "believe" it. A lot of times my first thought is "what is he LOOKING at? Did I cut him off? Is my zipper down?" Then it dawns on me that maybe, just maybe, he thinks I'm cute.

great job! I highly recommend exercise to tone up, I wish I'd started mine a bit earlier. Bat wings can shrink - I still have them but they're much much improved and don't really bother me anymore. I'm sure a little strength training would help too. Keep it up :)

Update: stressful day today, not busy stressful, but the kind where you're wating around for something stressful. That Reeses in the other room is calling my name, saying "its just one.... it wont mess up your diet..."

You can do it! Wherever you go, there should be something that's reasonably low calorie.... and just remember, even if you go over a little, just pick yourself back up and get right back to work. :)
