Yep,I'm all finished this month but have ate nearly everything in site the last 4 days. Mostly stuff that isnt good for me

I dont lie but have discovers this weekend gone by not logging that dash of milk in my tea or those 2-3 haribo etc that I am probably overeating by 200 calories a day which would explain the no weight loss thing :) Started logging everything that passes my lips this week so we shall see.

Thanks for the replies so far. When I was eating TDEE -20% wasn't eating back my exercise calories. Breakfast is missing this week because I tried 16:8 IF but found I was feeling foggy and low before lunch. I use a heart rate monitor so I know what my calorie burn is. I haven't logged this week as iv been back and forward…

For me I found over eating to trigger it. Also once I started logging things and cutting back on rice and pasta helped so very much

I thought so, will go and do a dvd at home tonight. I work out Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday's. So will try Wed & Fri this week. Go to admit I hate cardio but I loved how quick Hiit made my workouts last week, with the same burn as if id done 30-40 mins at a normal pace

I do 99% of the cooking in our house. My hubby has very basic skills that means id get pasta or something can can be shoved in the oven.

Iv got to admit I like my alone time at the gym. I use it to completely switch off from whats going on in my life. I fond I dont think about anything other than my workout, pushing that bit harder, going that bit longer and occasionally a quick glance at the cute guy lol

Its personal to you I think. I tried both ways and and found both worked for me. If im hungry I eat say 75-80% back, if not then I dont, but might eat a little extra on the weekend.

Yes definatly get some, I picked mine up for £3.99 I think and they work great. Definatly helps me understand a portion size, esp like other have said when it come to cereal, pasta and rice. I was easily eating 2-3 portions and not even realizing it.

I want to give my floors a really good clean this week, including pulling out both 3 seater sofa's to get under them. Hoover and mop the floors, I think I will even wipe the sofa's themselves over, down the sides of the cushion covers etc. I swear my cat puts his fur into little piles and hides it in the little places lol…

For me personaly the cost isnt that bad. My husband is a picky eater and wont eat many fruits and vegetables. Are you floors level/steady? The reason I ask is we have laminate flooring throughout our flat and depending where I place the scales I can get a weight difference of 7lbs. Iv still been this week and last when it was cold, however I then came down with a chest infection so had to skip yesterdays workout. I am hoping to be well enough to go tomorrow, dont think my chest could manage cardio but I will go and do my weights
