Morning all, Day 15 Fit Test today - I have re done my weight and measurements. I have not lost any weight but lost 1.8 inches and gone from 38.2 to 37.3 body fat. Hi all, Im 28 5ft 5" weighing 168.8lbs. I was 220lbs starting out and it taken sometime to come off but its stayed off. My target is 145-150lbs. Iv just done them at the weekend and again tonight. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan, cube the potatoes and throw in. Added salt, pepper and garlic powder. Just keep turning and cooking until soft and brown. Gorgeous!

Some weeks I work out 4 times, other's 1 or 2. I alway make sure I have a rest day, and my light exercise on those days is my walk to work

I blend 3 eggs into a tub of cottage cheese for the base. I used pineapple cottage cheese last time and added ham and mushrooms so it was kinda hawiian. Other times iv just added veg or left overs from Sunday lunch. I also really like Chorizo so usually some of that.

I dont really have cheat days, more like cheat meals. 1 per week and not usually anything really high, chinese, pizza,burger etc. Sorr not much help but I hope you enjoy yours :)

I still use mfp to track,always have.What I'm trying are different calorie options Eat my exercise calories, don't eat them,eat more,eat less,tdee -% etc

i am itching like hell here remembering all the times I got them as a kid and having to sit in the hall way with the back door open coz the stuff to get rid of them smelt so bad it made everyones eyes watert lol
