  • I am always a day behind in posting my workout. I did Upper Body Lean out last night and Core Attack 20. Upper body is tough as well, but I did a lot better with it this time than the first time.

  • Hi all.. Sorry that I have been bad at writing in here! I did HIIT Power last night and did half of the Warrior 2: Lower Body Lean out. That was intense and not a good one to combine with a HIIT workout! Learned my lesson, now know what to double up with so I can free up a day to run.

  • It wasn't a comment but a question. "Why are you afraid of elevators?". My office is on the 4th floor and I almost never take the elevator during the day. I've been taking the stairs every day since I started my weight loss.

  • Rufus is my Catahoula hound Pointer mix. He was abandoned by a roommate in college that thought it would be fun to get a puppy. He was a WalMart special. He found a place in my heart and became mine. Hes they best dog ever and best hiking buddy.
