I gained about 20lbs during lockdown π I was doing so well beforehand but it totally derailed me. I donβt really know why but I was eating and drinking way too much for a couple of months. I had this weird feeling that the whole world was out of control and so was I. I know that sounds a bit melodramatic but it genuinelyβ¦

Firstly, I just want to say that you are amazing for taking care of 7 children (I mean that sincerely). The fact that you have put on 6-8lbs is understandable as things are not easy for you at the moment, but itβs ok because you have still lost 14 lbs (a whole stone in U.K. speak!) and you are taking steps to move in theβ¦

I am really in need of some motivation at the moment. My weight has gone up during lockdown even though I was doing so well from January to March. I really like the idea of doing this in a sustainable healthy way over the next 24 weeks :) I am planning on 1000 kcals a day for a loss of 1.3 lbs a week. I am only 5β 2β withβ¦

I think itβs a really good idea to have realistic weekly goals to stick to. Breaking things down into achievable steps like youβre doing is really important as itβs motivating (works for me anyway). Good luck ππΌ

Had a good week. Met my step count and ate well, within calorie goal. Now I just need to rinse and repeat! Still feeling motivated and that I have my goal in my sights. Good luck for the coming week everyone.
