  • We’ve had a mini heatwave over the last few days where I live, and I felt much more comfortable when trying to sleep at night. I slept in my knickers with the windows ajar, but even then I would’ve been unbearably hot when I was 25lbs heavier. Instead I was cool and comfy, and slept like a baby.
