I definitely feel better and clothes feel looser (when I wear them π) but I'm not quite down to the next size.Β My new job is more physical and involves quite a bit of walking, so I've got that going for me too.Β Β π

My name is Donna. I am 62 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST. He found two extra pathways and one of them sideways so after drilling and finding all that, he filled the hole with cotton, put in temp filling, ordered me an antibiotic and is sending me to an endodentist/endodontist. Iβll be calling to make that appt today for asap. Apparently he is located in the same city as the dentist. Got in some shopping and obviously some lunch. My older lady friend went with me and it was nice to spend the day with her. Travel never looks good on me.

Then, after closing, I had a bad glucose drop and stuffed in an extra 200 calories but remained under 1600. 96 degrees yesterday in northern Michigan which is highly unusual for our area. Advisory to stay inside but I donβt have air conditioning. Low level movement. Low calorie burn. Low steps. Low activity.
