    I burned loads of exercise cals last week πŸ₯΅ but I ate too many of them back 😣 and then there was gin over the weekend πŸ€ͺ🀣

    Anyway, back on it this week and I'm leaving my exercise cals well alone.

    I burned loads of exercise cals last week πŸ₯΅ but I ate too many of them back 😣 and then there was gin over the weekend πŸ€ͺ🀣

    Anyway, back on it this week and I'm leaving my exercise cals well alone.

    Alcohol is always my undoing when it comes to losing weight (usually wine in my case) 😬 Onwards and upwards!! Hope you have a fab week 😊

    My name is Donna. I am 62 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

I’ll be calling to make that appt today for asap. Apparently he is located in the same city as the dentist. Got in some shopping and obviously some lunch. My older lady friend went with me and it was nice to spend the day with her. Travel never looks good on me.

    Jun 16….. 204.2…..(Trend Weight: 205.0)….. I logged for the first time in awhile yesterday. I kept it under my calorie and carb allotment. Then, after closing, I had a bad glucose drop and stuffed in an extra 200 calories but remained under 1600. 96 degrees yesterday in northern Michigan which is highly unusual for our area. Advisory to stay inside but I don’t have air conditioning. Low level movement. Low calorie burn. Low steps. Low activity.
