    I'm ok with this tiniest of gains this week, my Fibromyalgia symptoms have been flaring and that means my brain desperately wants to take in more calories because it thinks my body is in crisis (it's not, my body imagines it is, but it's self-induced) , so my eating hasn't been as good as the previous weeks. IT's ok, I'm not deflated, I'm still determined, there will be weeks like this in the future, it's ok, Overall loss over time is what's important.


    April 10: 15st 10.6lbs.
    April 17: 15st 8.6lbs / 218.6lbs/ 99.2kg (-2lbs)
    April 24: 15st 7.4lbs / 217.4lbs/ 98.7kg (-1.2lbs)

    My name is Donna. I am 61 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

    CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 184.6
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (FROM Mar 31, 2022): 199.6
    CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT:


    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s


    I TRY TO WEIGH ON THE 1ST AND LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH ALSO. I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST.     Apr 14….. 203.8….. (Trend Weight: 201.1)….. Lots of travel and inactivity this week that is really showing up. I’ve got to get things back to normal and gain some control.

    Apr 21….. 200.8….. (Trend Weight: 201.4)….. Easter really got me but I managed to reign it back in and get rid of the excess water weight from all the high sodium food. Now, to make progress although it’s pretty clear I won’t make my April goal, I’ll try to get under the 200 mark comfortably and take it from there.

    Apr 28….. 204.2….. (Trend Weight: 202.1)….. Not such a good week I guess. Not having a kitchen is starting to affect my hips!

    Apr 30….. 203.2….. (Trend Weight: 202.3)….. A very bad month. I’ll have to make May much better.
