    72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    My name is Donna. I am 61 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

    CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 184.6
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (FROM Mar 31, 2022): 199.6
    CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT:


    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s


    I TRY TO WEIGH ON THE 1ST AND LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH ALSO. I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT I GET AND STAY AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT DUE TO HEALTH REASONS I WILL SHARE ALONG THE WAY. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! I AM ROOTING FOR YOU AND SUPPORTING YOU ALL 100% WE CAN DO THIS!



    Apr 01….. 199.8….. (Trend Weight: 199.4)….. Not such a good start.
    Apr 07….. DNW….. (Trend Weight: xxxxx)….. TRAVEL
    Apr 14….. 203.8….. (Trend Weight: 201.1)….. Lots of travel and inactivity this week that is really showing up. I’ve got to get things back to normal and gain some control.

    Apr 21….. 200.8….. (Trend Weight: 201.4)….. Easter really got me but I managed to reign it back in and get rid of the excess water weight from all the high sodium food. Now, to make progress although it’s pretty clear I won’t make my April goal, I’ll try to get under the 200 mark comfortably and take it from there.

    Apr 28….. 204.2….. (Trend Weight: 202.1)….. Not such a good week I guess. Not having a kitchen is starting to affect my hips!

    Aim to lose another 19.4lbs by end June

    March 31: 131.4lbs

    April 9: 129.6 (1.8lbs loss)
    April 16: 130.1 (+ 0.5lbs - TOM)
    April 23: 127.4 ( 2.7lbs loss)
    April 30: 125.2 (2.2lbs loss)

    Total loss for April: 6.2lbs
    I’m so happy with this, as it means I’m on track to reach my goal weight by the end of June. I will be 50 at the beginning of July and I made a promise to myself that I’d be happy in my skin and in my bikini by then 🤗
