  • Im in the UK too. Am 42 years old have been on a diet for what feels like my whole life!! I lost just over 2 stone in the past year and then put some back on and am having yet another go. I need some friends to keep me on track as well and my diary is open to friends so please add me if you want to, would be lovely :) x
