  • I know what you mean about trying to eat fewer carbs. I tried Atkins, but it was too hard for me to do. I do try to lower my intake of carbs. That is a big problem for me on how my body seems to turn it into fat all at once lol. It makes it hard to get a beer when you had a bad week lol.

  • You are doing great with a wide vary of exercises. You might want to work out your arms a little. Once you seem to feel that you are getting used to an exercise. then change it all together or do more time at a faster pace such as the treadmill.

  • Don't get down. I have to agree about the water. Process food can have a lot of salt that might be why. Just don't give up. I noticed that once people start to loose weight.   • Don't be too hard on yourself. I love there food to. It's just one day and not the rest of your life. Just start over tomorrow. Do a little more exercise and then you be right on track. It's good to let loose once in a while I will do it once a month myself.
