  • I know how you feel. I left here and now I gained most of what I lost. I'm back and ready to go. Like you I need motivation as well and have some good friends to me me out. I hate not being able to wear the clothing I was able to wear just about a month ago.

  • Hi and welcome 55 lbs is a lot to loose. It's not all impossible. I just want you to make sure you do safely, and if you miss your goal a few times on the way. Don't get upset and try to push yourself. Dieting can be dangerous when people push themselves too much and loose to much weight unsafely. I wish you all the best.

  • I have to agree. The body will slow down on weight loss at times. When That happens I just do a change my work out. Your body gets used to the same work outs. So you have to change it.
  • I bought the Wii active Plus II. It has a HRM as well as the CD for work outs. You can see you heart rate as your doing each excercise. It's a good work out as well. I wish you the best.
