The reason They don't count sugar from fruit is because the body can process it fast then refined sugar. I still count it as far as calories but not for the sugar. Hey I love avocados. There is nothing like have guacamole and watching a game.

I have to agree also. You will loose weight just not as fast. It's seems to be the trend when first loosing weight. Just make sure you are getting enough protein on your vegie diet. If you aren't getting enough your body will use your mussel and that's a bad thing. I wish you the best.

That's not uncommon. If you think you need a snack. Then take some celery, or carrots with you. I understand. Just don't give up. Most of all Stop making excuses of why you are eating. I have to keep busy if I don't I want to eat. I'm good as long as I'm doing stuff to keep my mind off food. Hang in there.

When I workout I have to have some Hard rock to listen to. I need it to get me going. I hate working out and hearing some slow song when I'm running or doing weights.

CONGRATS. I really don't like running, but I still do it. I do about 3 to 4 miles along with swimming. I do like the way I feel when I'm finished. I would hate to run in a small running lap. I like to go out and come back once. Keep it up.

I can't do 1200 calories a day. I have to work out so I can be able to eat more a day. I still keep under the calorie guide. If you are trying to stay under 1200 calories and working out. You are starving yourself.
