New to MFP

Hi all,
Im new to my fitness pal and am looking for friends and support...I am a mother of 5 my last two were twins and thats when i reall packed on weight,And its been so hard to get off i have failed diet after diet! I eat when i'm stressed and thats alot lol.:sad: Any tips and advise is apperciated.

    I feel for you. I have one kid and thought that was enough. I also tried differeant diets and found counting calories and working out did it for me. You have to find something that you can stick with. Everyone is different. That's what I like about this sight. You can find help with almost any diet plan out there.
