  • It's different for everyone. I try between 1200-1300 on days I don't work out since I have a TDEE of about 1650. This makes for extremely slow weight loss, but I'm down to the last 10 pounds and don't want to starve myself.

  • I gain on 1500. If I do 1000 a day, I lose about a pound a week. Super jealous of these people who can actually lose on 1600 :(
