You can order Zumba shoes from their website, or just find shoes that have a low tread bottom/slick bottoms and a pivot point. You do lots of twisting and moving in Zumba so your shoes need to not grip too much. I have separate shoes for Zumba and then a pair for everything else.

I have a Fitbit One. I don't log any exercise calories on MFP, I just let the Fitbit sync with MFP and leave it alone. You have to remember that Fitbit figures your metabolic calorie burn as well as your activity level burn. Calories for the day of 1300 may only show 200 as exercise on MFP, I get a fairly close adjustment…

I disagree with lots of the posters. I started running 5ks in October 2012. I have completed 13 races now, 11 5ks and 2 obstacle courses. I ran my first 5k on October 6, 2012. I am running my 13th race on Thanksgiving morning. My fastest time has been about 32 minutes. My longest race was the Spartan Sprint, a 5k obstacle course and it took 2 hours and 27 minutes. I really don't train for my races. I do Zumba 4x a week which has done wonders for my endurance…
