I go through the same thing. I really hate the taste of water, so i feel like I'm having to force myself to drink it. I love juice, but I know that too much sugar isn't good for you. Don't feel bad. I went to red lobster last night and ate a whole 12 oz ny strip and a few cheddar bay biscuits. So today I walked up and down steps as much as I could and just ate a normal day.
