Do you have a pool or community pool nearby? Lap swimming and/or water aerobics.....took the pressure off my knees and hips....best exercising I've ever done! Unfortunately we moved into a new house.... no pool close by! :-{

I didn't have asthma until we moved to Oregon, pollen capital of the world! My doc put me on Advair (preventative), helps to reduce the inflammation. I also use my inhaler before I work out. Haven't had an attack in over a year.

try steel cut oats........ I cook them in the crock pot, nice and creamy 1 cup steel cut oats 4 cups water I put them on about 10pm and at 7am they are ready. This makes enough for 4 days. Don't worry about fruit sugars, unless your doctor has an issue with them

I try to eat 5 or 6 small meals.....revs the metabolism, and no blood sugar drop breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack I should mention, breakfast, lunch and dinner are all small meals, just enough to put something nutritious and filling in to fuel

I'm just gonna butt in and bump........ I LOVE sweet potatoes! Did you know the picture you posted is of a yam, not a sweet potato? for the Grape Nuts........try heating the milk.......it softens the 'nuts' and add a sprinkle of brown sugar I'm not a breakfast eater........never have been. I know, bad, bad, bad.

FYI..the recipe is actually for bread.......but I made muffins. If I made bread, I'd eat the whole loaf!! I also added flax seed and raisins.

I have been eating tortilla pizzas since high school, Class of '77! We used to get together after school at a friends house and make them. Have been making them ever since! I prefer flour tortillas to the Flat Out bread. The crunch is awesome!
