I work from home. I run a small daycare out of my home. I'm pretty busy during the day so don't have a lot of time for snacking. My issue use to be nap time where I would sit in front of my computer and eat chips and other junk food and in the evenings where i would again choose junk over good foods. When I decided on this…

I agree with Dixie. I have done the 30 DS and am currently on RI30 and doing Shred With Weights back to back when I use them. I'm starting SL 5x5 so not doing it as consistently right now. Anyway, I agree, use the modifications if need be or sub in other cardio things. Jumping jacks and rok star jumps kill my knees so I…

Whole just seems to go right through you without being digested. I always eat/bake with milled...usually an organic.

My ultimate goal is to get a lean muscular (but not to muscular...if that makes sense) athletic looking body and maintaining it. I'm not looking to be a body builder but know to achieve the look I'm wanting and lower my bf%, I have to lift weights to get there...and I want to get into lifting. As I stated in my OP, I have…

You look amazing and your body form is what I'd like mine to look like eventually as well. Although I know genetics and body structure has a roll in this, I'd like to have a nice lean, body with muscle definition. I am quite a bit shorter than you though so I am doubting I will ever completely look like you but I am…

Would it make any difference if I do a circuit video first...video in the afternoon (around 12:30 or so) and then the NROL in the evening (around 8pm)? It's a fairly large time span. I could do some of the NROL workouts during the day but anything that would require me to have a spotter (squats, bench press, etc.) I have…

I have lost about 10 pounds since Jan. 8. My progress in the "reports" section on MFP look like steps. I will stay the same for a week - 10 days and then drop ...stay the same and then drop...It averages out to about 3- 4 lbs/month which I think is a good rate...not to fast, not to slow and pretty much right on target. I…

Just marking his because I'm new to lifting too so curious as to what others have to say.

My scale is moving just fine for the most part with what I'm doing. I just found the calculations they use to be kind of low compared to other website calculators...like Scooby and fat2fitradio. It was a difference of about 300-400 calories. The # they gave me would be what my deficit would be on the websites...TDEE-20%.

Bumping this...anyone?

I have that one as well...sounds pretty accurate to me! In a 25-30 min interval run on my treadmill I burn about 225 calories or so and I'm 40 yrs old, 144lbs and 5' 2.9'.
