I watched it last night. I was so surprised at what a hard time she was giving them for "only losing 2 pounds". Since when is losing 2 pounds a week not reasonable? Seems to me 2 pounds a week is a good, safe weight loss.

I love the Kettlebell work outs - they last 20 minutes or so and boy do you feel it when you are done (and the next day). There are many different DVD's, each focusing on a different area. By using the weight and by being in constant motion you also get a good cardio work out.
