I work 5PM til 5AM...it is extremely hard to do...but you have to pre-pack your meals and make sure you drink plenty of water...also dont wait too long to eat...if you do then you will more than likely gorge yourself when you do finally eat. I try to eat every 2-3 hours and 3 hours is max. Atleast a healthy snack anyways.…

The hardest part about working out is going...the easy part is once your there...just be yourself and in time you will start seeing the same faces over and over and it will just become routine and youll start going more and more hehehe especially once you start seeing results...it gets addicting LOL

Dont weigh yourself so often...I know I try to only weigh myself every 2-3 weeks...that way Im not getting discouraged and let my body adjust to the changes
