I went up a shoe size when I gained all this weight and now I'm down about half a size since my journey began. I hope I get back to a size 8, because I have some cute shoes begging to be worn again :).

Finished day 5 yesterday. Just keep at it and the soreness will go away, but you may want to limit your range of motion to prevent any injuries. Sometimes it is a bit shocking seeing what other people eat, but we don't know where they started. This could actually be an improvement for them, so I don't judge them. But you can give helpful ideas without being critical and judgmental...we all have our own issues and struggles...we should all keep that in mind.

I buy the strawberry flavor and a full serving, 26 grams of protein, is 38 grams. But the scoop isn't big enough to get a full serving in it anyway, so I have to do 2-19 gram servings when I weigh it. If you have a food scale then the scoop isn't necessary anyway.

I watch calories first, then I make sure I get enough protein every day, and I watch my sodium levels. The only "red" I'm ever concerned about are calories and sodium.
