I drink unsweetened almond milk, which I LOVE. But, I don't like it in my coffee, not enough flavor for me, so if I were to switch from regular flavored creamer to almond milk, it would be sweetened.

MFP sets protein really low. You should be getting .5-1 gram of protein per pound of weight. Stay on the lower end for weight loss and upper end if you're trying to build muscle and are very active. And protein actually aids in weight loss, since it's harder to digest, your body works harder increasing calorie burn. Here's…

I went back a few days and from that I would say eat more fruits and veggies and less chocolate chip cookies. If you need/want a chocolate fix then buy some dark chocolate and only eat a little bit, like less than 100 calories per day. I'll have a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips, 80 calories, every so often. Also Fiber…

A healthy diet is more important when it comes to losing weight, but exercise is essential for cardiovascular health, gaining muscle, etc...And it just makes you feel better. And for maintaining a healthy weight, exercise will probably be essential for you...so incorporate it into your life sooner rather than later.

Yes, on the days with no exercise I eat right around 1200 calories. And with exercise I eat a little bit more, probably around 200 calories more, but I net ~1200 calories for the day. I've lost 40 lbs since mid April. And no, I don't feel like I'm starving all day :).

Congrats! You look fantastic!

"Comparison is the thief of joy"....saw this a few months ago and it's so true. If you compare your weight loss or any aspect of your life to other people you will come up short in some instances. And other times you will be the one that comes out on top. It's all about perspective-there ARE people out there jealous of you…

I think it depends on how intense/long your workout is and if it's cardio, weights or both. Everyone's different, but you may want to eat a banana or apple with 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter. Quick, healthy, and easy.

You look amazing...I've had the some of the same struggles and exercise makes a HUGE difference. Keep up the awesome work!

Great NSV!

I am laughing at the mental image of you weighing your boobs...and laughing at the image of me attempting to do the same. hahaha. But I'm a 36DD currently and I wouldn't mind being as low as a C, as long as these puppies are perky ;). I'm also trying to change my mindset that it doesn't matter what the scale says, as long…

You look fabulous! What an awesome accomplishment!

That's great and you should be very proud of yourself!

It is easy to not eat as healthy or stay active on a college campus-the fast food restaurants, the parties that involve alcohol, etc...You just have to make very conscientious decisions to what you choose to eat, how often you exercise, how often you party, etc...try to surround yourself with people who are trying to stay…

Too much sodium and little or no water is a bad combination. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less fast food. Try plain Greek yogurt with fresh/frozen fruit, instead of fruit already added to it-this will cut down on unnecessary sugar. You can totally lose 10lbs or more by the end of October if you change your eating…

Hopefully by then I'll be going as a 60lb or more "lighter" Mom aka a MILF :).

http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-loss/protein-weight-loss This is a good article on how protein is actually essential to healthy weight loss and how most women aren't getting enough. Just like the others said, MFP puts the protein allotment way too low and carbs way too high, but you can go in and manually change…
