Yes I don't normally have dressing on a salad to be fair. I'm going to make 5 lots of salad and put in fridge and then see how we go for the fifth day. They will be in air tight containers. As a stay at home mum its much easier as i can just grab it after i cooked little ones food.

I know but that normally tells me to eat alot more. I think its something like 1,800 a day my BMR. But my diet is 1500 a day and i was loosing weight through that. What i wanted to know is does your body get used to more food if your constantly exercising like even when i dont exercise my food still craves it.
