I don't refuse to log anything... I would log everything if there was a good reason for it. :) But I don't currently log: diet soda, water, vitamins, tums, medicine, salt & pepper for seasoning at the table, I can't believe it's not butter spray (most of the time) and single bites (like if I'm tasting something while…

I used coffee mate peppermint mocha creamer - 35 calories per tablespoon (I need 2) and 3 splenda packets. I know it's not ideal, but that's how I like my coffee. :) I typically only have coffee every other day or so.

A client at the mental health center where I work who was at least twice my age told me that she recently lost a ton of weight and she'd bring the clothes that were now too big for her in for me... I responded saying that I was working on a healthy lifestyle myself so I wouldn't need them. It was such an insignificant…

My husband isn't the healthiest eater - we always have junk in the house. What works for me is having a plan for what I am going to eat - for dinner at the very least. I plan around that and if there's something that I really want I add it to my tracker and plan the rest of the day around the calories that I have left over…

Sounds delicious - wish we had a whole foods here. :)

I bought a subscription to thefresh20.com since I'm not very creative when it comes to meal planning. It's 5 dinners a week of meal planning consisting of 20 ingredients to purchase and a well-stocked pantry (20 items there too). I usually have leftovers for lunch. So that takes care of two meals. It's a whole lot of…

Measurements kept me going past the first month. I didn't have a huge loss in the first month, but I lost nearly 10 inches from my body. I definitely agree - take all the measurements you can!

Big fat NAY here. I can't think of another food in recent memory that literally made me gag. I tried - you can't beat the calorie content, but the texture was like chewing rubber bands. I followed the instructions to a T so not sure why it didn't work out.

Went to the mall - it was sooo slow. Very nice time for shopping with my son & husband. :)

I have an 18 month old son.

I've been having some trouble staying on target so I had a cheat day yesterday. Back on the wagon today. It was a nice reminder that eating well and exercising make me feel good and eating poorly and not exercising make me feel like crap. Also a good reminder that one bad day doesn't mean I can't start fresh the next day.…

Just in case someone wanted a hand sandwich it would be good to know. :)

I'm a size 24, but they're starting to get loose. :)

Get her to do measurements! I lost 6 pounds in my first month, but I lost 9.25 inches from my body. Six pounds is a nice steady weight loss, but I'm incredibly proud of those inches lost!

Sweet! Gonna have to give it a try. :)

^^ Exactly ^^ This kind of thing can happen no matter whether you met someone online or they're your high school sweetheart. Anyone can be crazy. :/

Definitely agree on the scale - keeps me honest. :)

I'm terrible about meal planning so I paid someone else to do it for me. ;) I purchased a one year membership to http://www.thefresh20.com/ and I use that for meal planning purposes. There's some tofu in there but not too much. I just take those ingredients off the shopping list. I've been doing this since November with a…

Lunges and anything that requires me to support a significant portion of my weight in my hands, wrists or elbows. I have carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome so doing these upper body exercises can leave me flared up and tingly for a couple days. I have to modify everything. :(

In March of 2003, while living in Michigan, I met a guy on line who lived in Montana. By April I knew I loved him and we planned for me to visit. I got a LOT of judgmental comments (including the 'I wouldn't advertise that' comment). I knew that my visit yo Montana would ultimately be a move to Montana, but didn't tell…

My husband is a bit of a picky eater, but since we work opposite schedules it's generally not a problem. He knows he's welcome to eat whatever I make and I don't push him to eat it. Unfortunately he was punished with food as a child (forced to eat things he didn't like) so it's really limited his willingness to try new…

I have a running list of rewards for myself: *Harry Potter Kinect Game for xbox 360 (yep, I'm a dork:tongue: ) *New exercise clothes *A kindle book *hand weights *zumba workout dvd or kinect game Whenever I think of something else I want I add it to the list on my phone.

I have coffee several days a week. If I drank it black I'd have more, but I like my cream and sugar. :)

I'm veggie and relatively active (working on becoming quite active). Not sure how much help I'll be in the recipe section because I get all my meal plans through my fresh 20 subscription. :)

I only workout at home. Working opposite schedules with my husband and taking care of my 18 month old when I'm not working doesn't facilitate going to a gym. I fit my workouts in during nap time or after he goes to bed and in the summer we'll go on walks. :)

I live in Montana and liked a pic that I took. :)

Today I completed Day 6 of level one. So far so good. I'm a pretty big girl, but (unless I'm totally hallucinating) I'm starting to see a slight change in shape. This can't all be attributed to 30ds because I was exercising before, but it's nice to see a difference.

I'm 256 at the moment and in a size 24. I wish I could wear a 20! My problem is a very large butt... and I have to buy xx2 tops because I have such a large chest. I'll probably never get below a 14 - I've always had quite a booty no matter what weight I am. :p
