Long as you keep to a deficit you should be fine. Just make sure you change your activity level in the profile so it can adjust your calories.

My best advice is this plan your day around foods you like and foods that are going to help make calories. Always try to have a small >200 calorie snack in place of times of carvings. Don't try to forbid yourself of certain foods you enjoy. Like ice cream then only buy those snack size cups and have 1 every couple of days.…

When I've done 16/8 Fasting I had 2 x 100g protein meals a day. Didn't lose any lean mass and was going up in numbers on my lifts. Depends on the body type honestly. Some people can store and use more protein then others. Its about trail and error and find what works for your body.

On Easter lets see. Wake up and eat about 2000 calories worth of Easter Candy. Walk 2 hours to the gym. I'll do some Deadlifts, Front Squats, and Leg Press. I'll completely go crazy with 1RM sets. Walk 2 hours home. Then eat 1/2 to 3/4 of a tray of lasagna. Then sleep for 14 so hours.
