I was looking at trying some but the lack of Fat in it kinda of turn off me. I normally eat the peanut butter for the poly/mono fats. The oils and such are a pain though I agree. Maybe they'll make a PB3 with all the fats back. Though I do have some laying around work I'll have to try that on a break.

Optimum nutrition 100% natural casein chocolate. I mix it with water in a blender bottle. Tastes fine and takes a bit too mix. The French vanilla flavor I wouldn't recommend in a million years.

yea, 1254 is way too low. I went from 330ish to around 220lb's last year eating no less then 2300 calories a day on average. I'd guess your body is starting to starting stall. Up your calories and you'll lose weight. Just set it to 2lb's a week and just follow that till you're 25-30lb's away and keep on it lowering the…

I just lift 4 days a week and burn around 2,500 calories a week in Cardio. Crossfit never crossed my mind/budget/mind. I don't drink the kool-aid just Pre-Workout.

Myself I buy a 12 pack cans of Pepsi. Generally it lasts me 6 weeks. I use them as a treat every now and then. All things in moderation is key. If you stop eating everything you like then you'll end up not having fun and just breaking down and binge on it.

I found doing push ups or sit ups for a good 5 to 6 minutes will build some hunger. that or I'll just drink calories (protein powder)

I eat around 200-250g a day. Though I downright thrash my body doing lifting & cardio 5 days a week. Though I spread it out over 3 meals and 2 snacks (Protein Powder).

Generally if I need a quick fix on a break I eat BioNutritional Power Crunch. Either the Chocolate or Peanut Butter bars. Thats pretty much the only ones I can eat without a ton of sugar or headache producing artificial sweeteners.
