If you are still eating processed foods you are getting way more sodium than you need and that would in part retain water. By preparing all your meals at home you can control your sodium intake.

Not only has all this "fast" or processed food made us overweight here in the USA but it has increased Diabetes by a large magnitude and it's killing us. The current generation is expected to have a shorter lifespan than their parents.

Based on volume muscle as well as bone weighs more than fat, and that’s what we really need to look at is the volume. Are bodies are a confined space that with any luck are getting smaller. Which is why sometimes, we gain weigh as we get smaller and why people say that muscle weigh more than fat.

Your non dairy creamer is 10 calories per tsp. There are 3 tsp to a Tbls. Half and half has 20 calories per Tbls or 6.66 calories per tsp. I would use the real deal over the fake creamer and you get to consume less calories.

No cheat meals. No cheat days. Workout, don't workout. Eat what you want as long as it's in your daily calorie allotment. Eat at a calorie reduction and you will lose weight, plain and simple.

Cook most if not all your meals in advance. Cooking a casserole for one is just as easy as it is for ten. By cooking more and portioning meals and freezing them, it wont be long that you'll have a nice stash of meals in the freezer just waiting for you to grab and heat.
