I’ve been eating vegan most days. Trying to manage migraines & that helps me focus on whole foods instead of processed stuff that triggers the headaches.

I don’t take supplements. I do add electrolytes (potassium, magnesium and sodium) and 1T ACV to about 32 oz of water and drink that freezing cold over about 2-3 hours in the am. I also take vitamin b12 when I’m eating vegan.

Starting my 4th week. OMAD every day. 23:1.

If you're not doing low fat, my favorite snack/quick food of the moment is chunks of boneless chicken breast or thigh wrapped in a small piece of bacon (1/3 strip) and grilled on skewers. I bulk prep & cook these and toss them in the fridge. I can eat them cold or pop in the microwave to warm. You can season the chicken…

I plug mine into the wall like you did. My charge lasts about 3 days. Sounds like you might have a dud. Bummer. But I've heard they are good about returns and replacements.

Started this time at 241 on the 4th of July. So I had 42 to get to 199. Today? I'm at 215. Only 16 more to go. Should be there by Valentine's Day at the latest. Yay!

2nd breakfast - I'm in. Sounds like a fun theme!

Today I got up early to get in 10,000 steps on the elliptical before leaving for work!

Back on August 9th, I was 32 pounds to 199. Now it's only 28 lbs. Whittling it away! :-)

Thanks, OP, for inspiring me to look at my own data. Now I'm reasonably confident I'm logging well. Given the numbers from my Fitbit Charge HR & my calories based on my logging at MFP, I should be down about 11 lbs. I'm actually down about 9.5 lbs. Less than 20% difference & I'm happy with that for the time being. I will…

Fitbit charge hr here and I love it!

I'm 47 and started at 251. Now at 229 and looking to get to 199 by New Years. We got this thing! :)

Depends on a lot of things. I'm 230 and female. According to my Fitbit I burn about 300 in my HIIT kettle bell workout. It's about 30 mins. Body by Amy video on YouTube. It's a tough one and I love it!

31 to onederland for me. Closer than the 52 when I started. But still feels far. With hard work I should get there by New Years.

Nice work - it can be tough to keep going when the scale isn't showing immediate progress. Your graph is encouraging, especially since I seem to be losing in pulses as you did. Thanks for posting!

That's awesome - congrats!

Roasted cauliflower & 1 oz quinoa chips dipped in 2% greek yogurt flavored with green curry seasoning powder (no-salt), 1/4 of a roasted sweet potato drenched in cinnamon (wayyy too much cinnamon & no honey or sugar to balance it). Weird combo, but also satisfying.

I've had mine for years and still going strong. I adore it!

Mine shows I'm "restless" quite often - upwards of 15-20 times per night. Seems to accurately count "awake" - trips to the loo, etc. I'm not trying anything special to modify my sleep except watch the caffeine & exercise more to relieve stress. But I'm monitoring my sleep patterns & paying attention to the nights when I do…

My favorite salad of the moment (eating it right now, as a matter of fact) is purple kale, goat cheese crumbles and mild pepperocini slices. I also add apple, but since you don't like fruit in salad... The dressing of choice for this is Safeway's Asian (35 cals per 2 tbsp).

I realize you're asking for a "partner", but until you find someone with similar goals, you should try Youtube! A few channels I've been following lately: Em Dunc, Heidi Somers, Nikki Blakketter, Robin Gallant, and Shana Emily. Most of these women compete in bikini (as opposed to fitness). But it gives you an idea of their…
