My friend who runs with me is a PT and is good with nutrition has told me before about eating things that aren't exactly fitting into a diet - a cheeseburger at the ball park, ice cream, etc etc. She said it is NOT a bad thing to do,…

I agree..... how many more times before this thread is dead will he say "people dont read my post". Ummm, exactly what are we supposed to say?? It is an article... and a philosophy. Get over yourself, for real....

Once you get yourself on track using MFP, it truly is NOT a big deal when this happens. Once your metabolism is kicking in and you been following everything, it WILL NOT affect you. I have in the past allowed myself one day a week to eat whatever. Now by that, I don't mean rushing out to the greasy spoon and downing two…

Count me in!!! On Nov 3rd 2010 I was 308....... as of today, I am 225.4 as of current weigh in. I have maintained between 228-233 over the last six months. Phoenix Coyotes fan here!!!! We got a chance!

Blue -that's great!!! It looks more and more like I may have to wait until next year as well! :-( Doesn't seem to be a lot of feedback (and I didn't mean from here - from local things as well). Oh well.....

Wow!! What a difference!! I am going to start a hybrid half-marathon with insanity/asylum/p90/p90+ mixed in. Twelve week sessions and this really gives me hope. There is a hybrid that is just insanity with the running as well. Seeing these results makes me want to consider just the insanity part!! Great job!

Now that just made my night...... :drinker:

Sophie - 9 - great smile, eyes and lashes!!! And Pens are winning... :-)
