So I know this sounds cliche, but I am starting Monday! I used MFP last spring and lost a steady 2 pounds a week, but stopped tracking and walking once my crazy summer started! This summer is much more relaxed and I really need to start eating better...I feel so much better when I eat healthy!

Joined a few days ago...42 and need to lose 30 pounds. So far, so good but would love to have some friends!
