I am happy with my body like it is. I worked for over 3 months to get here. I still went to Pilates. I still did 35 minutes of cardio. i still logged my food.

saw my hip bones this week. first time this millenuem. had to buy new bras a whole cup lower....down to a DD. able to do 90minutes of cardio in one session.

Spinach, if is Hot dogs yum but wtf is in them. fat free cheese or dairy product...yuck. Any recipe that start s"open the Box" (i.e. instant anything) I am working on adding Beets to my meals...so far only grilled on the bbq. margarine. PS I love grits.

I track calories, so I can eat what ever I want but I have guide lines that are not restrictions but must haves, daily. yogurt 5 servings of fruits or vegetables. whole grains all 4 food groups. water excersise. every day at least 30 minutes...doesn't have to be together. On days I work its 3x10min

the Martha Stewart web site has a quinoa and toasted almond salad it is delish and bbq worthy.She calls for fresh thyme but I substitute fresh mint and quite a bit of it. This is one of my staples. I use it as a side dish. or a main course to take to work.

For me, the toughest part of cardio is staying on the machine. I . too get bored. I have good music and when that fails I takes one minute to "bless" or send positive energy to someone is my life who needs it. I think of their posittve qualities and what I wish for them.

The trouble with sushi is the saki and beer. We eat it about once a week. I have to plan and exercise but its worth it not to feel deprived. I gave up the saki and have sashimi as well as rice. Ahi salad is the bomb.

Eat right before you start drinking. one of my problems, when I drink, is that my judgement is effected so I will start nibbling on the party food. If I head in fed I do much better. Haha. mine are jack russells as well. They are a handful. Our newest one is so well behaved unless I leave my underwear or yoga pants (used ) on the floor, then he chews out the best and most important part. He taught me to put my stuff directly in the laundry.

I shop at local produce stands but i live in south central California. If you hit the farmers market late you can get great deals esp if your spanish is good. They prefer to sell cheap rather than load it up but the selection is not as good. Its fun because ut makes whats for dinner more of a gamble.
