  • Hey all. 57 yrs old here. Struggling with ongoing knee pain. I'm told it's arthritis and/or degeneration. Working on keeping active and not getting frustrated. Any help? Experiences? Thanks

I have been going to a local studio for about 3 months and have lost almost 20lbs, along w MFP... loving it... but can't imagine doing yoga alone. Is it weird? whats it like? Plus, I have been doing HOt Yoga 2xs/wk and its amazing... THAT I cannot do at home...
  • is the tracking of Macro Nutrients dependent upon when intake occurs, such as a morning intake of protein, but a dinner full or carbs? Thnx, b/c I have never heard of this and am new to MFP, and have lost almost 20 lbs just by tracking my foods (calories), but looking to get "better" at it.
