Cherry Garcia is my absolute fav and my 2nd fav is Caramel Sutra. They used to have one that was chocolate fudge ice cream with a marshmallow swirl and chocolate covered almonds and possibly chocolate chunks, The Gobfather, but they must have discontinued since I haven't seen it in forever. Unfortunately I'm not well…

Like in life, I try to choose friends that I feel I have something in common with. The way I find these people is by reading the boards, posts, profiles, etc. If I get a FR I usually like to check that person's profile to see what we may have in common. I look forward to comments regarding my food and exercise from my…

Anyone please feel free to add me, I can never have enough or offer enough support.

I shift between all the Grace line by Philosophy. My daily had been Amazing Grace but tried Falling in Love and it is perfect for the summer. I love it because it's light and clean and subtle. Can't stand when I get in the elevator in the morning, by myself, and there is such a strong smell I want to barf. Some people take…

I'm down 3.5 lbs and exstatic. Just finished my TOM so I'm sure that helped. So glad to feel like I'm back in the swing of things. Off to update spreadsheet. Hope everyone has a great day!!!

I've had lap band surgery recently and I'm really unable to have "cheat" days or meals anymore. I'm kinda glad because cheating to me meant "getting over" and it was never long before my "good" days were the exception instead of the other way around. Now I'm working to get in my 1200 calories daily. For me I'm glad they're…

I've been on Copaxone about a year and a half and haven't had a single exacerbation since starting it, I'm very pleased. I rotate my sites. Some time a little sting, itch, swelling but it goes away. I keep a benadryl topical treatment that the nurse recommended handy and it helps alot with the itch. I've been diagnosed…

I was on Tysabri for 4 years, had 3 or 4 exacerbations during the treatment but they weren't as extreme as the ones I had when on Avonex. The numbers were chance of PML in you 1st year 1 in 2,000 and in 2nd year 1 in 1,000. Chances had nearely doubled and there weren't any odds for 3 yrs or higher. Since I'd had more…

I've been yo-yo dieting for the past 15 years and am so ready to stop. I just need to change everything. I need to look at this as a lifestyle change and that I will constantly be working toward having a healthy relationship with both food and exercise. I know it won't happen overnight cause lord knows I surely didn't get…

I've got quite a way to go but will definitely work with my doctor when I start to feel that I'm nearing where I think I should be.

I'm 5'4" as well and when I was 18 as a wild party girl and dropped to 125, I looked like I should have been on a poster for starving children. Now that I'm quite a bit older and many, many pounds overweight I have to figure what I'd like as a goal weight. Those charts always put me at a weight I know I'll never be able to…

sounds like a great challenge, I'd like to try it for June

I can definitely see the change from one picture to the next, you look awesome. I know how you feel though, alot of times I am my own worse critic.. Gaining weight has definitely effected my self esteem and I will have to work on building it up as I work on dropping the pounds. I'm pretty sure that is an issue for alot of…

I prefer to see what I've lost, it reminds me where I was and how far I've come as well as reminding me if I've lost this much I can definitely keep losing.

Hi I'm Sharon, age 46 and live in Cary, NC I've always struggled with my weight. My metabolism slowed in my 30s and when I quit smoking in my mid to late 30s I think it disappeared altogether. I finally got a grip on things, started eating right and execising when BAMM, at 39 I was diagnosed with MS. I was put on steroids,…

SW: 213 and looking forward to being 203 if not lower by the end of this challenge. :)

I'm all logged and ready to ROCK!!!
-
Count me in. I just weighed in today at 213, 10 lbs by 7/8 would be great. I had originally hoped to be at or under 200 by 4th of July but that may be a little unrealistic. This sounds like a reasonable challenge. Thanks for the idea and I look forward to working with a team of movitated people!!!
-
Wow, great to see that dedication and hard work pays off. Proud of you!!!

I figure I've had issues with my weight all my life so when I reach my goal I'm still the same girl and will still need support. I'm glad for the friends and support I've found here.

I've lost 29lbs in the month since my lab band surgery. It is wonderful motivation and definitely confirms the choice I made. I would like to loose 10lbs per month going forward but more importantly I want to eat healthy and get into a regular exercise routine. I really do want to change my life!!

I'm with you Sinisi and Mimi, I'm 46 and look forward to getting where I'm comfortable with my body. I'm guessing about 150 as well. And I have to keep reminding myself that it's a journey, not a race. I am just so happy to be losing weight.
