  • High five on your MRI results, no new lesions is awesome. I'm just trying to get back into this MFP again. I'm not huge on exercise but I do Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. Since walking is the first freedom I lose when I exacerbate I always feel good to be able to do it.

  • It amazes me how I can try to support and understand everyone else then not be able to do it for myself. I'm sure this is a behavior that I can learn to change through practice and plan to start with baby steps. At least I know I'm not alone in this situation. WE CAN CHANGE THIS!!!!

  • I changed mine to a color one of the girls had at the salon I go to. It's called Cowboy Red, not sure what brand though. Deep red/brown and red mostly shows only in the sunlight/daylight. I get lots of compliments.
