Great Helen, so glad to do this again. I just added myself to the spreadsheet and will let some others know as well. Have a great night. Me and you, we're gonna make this goal together girl, I'm psyched :)

Hmmmm, not so sure this is right for me. MFP has me at 1200 and this calculation comes to 1967.91. Huge difference, think I'll stick with the 1200 and eating half of my exercise calories. Thanks for the calculations though, it was fun to figure out :)

Congrats to everyone that participated in this challenge, willingness is everything to me. I'm with you on the consistency thing LMC. One week I'm psyched and bustin' my butt, the next I'm just kinda here. It has definitely shown on the scale throughout this challenge. I've been fortunate enough to have lost 7lbs but would…

7 lbs for me this round. Consistency was a real issue for me this time. I would really love to do another round as well. It keeps me centered and responsible. It feels great to work as a team toward simliar goals as well.

Ok, haven't done crunches in God knows how long. Not that I don't need to, i've just been unmotivated. FIgured I'd try and made it to 50. Not too bad for a fat old broad that hasn't done floor exercises in forever :)

Went shopping and bought a sweater in a MEDIUM, can't remember last time I wore M. Yahoo!!!

Another round sounds good to me too Sheila. I'll be at my half way point in about 5 lbs and am very excited to get there. I like to set reasonable goals and 10lbs in 6 weeks is pretty reasonable. I just wasn't to consistent this go around :(

I like you gave some to co-workers who are grateful. I also donated a bunch to a second hand shop run by a local cat shelter so any profit goes to the kitties, I kept 1 pair of jeans as well so I never forget where I came from :)

I've read all of Anita Harris series but it almost seems like it's time to wrap it up. You can definitely tell when she was married, when she got divorced and when she found her new love by the storylines in the series. Laurell K, Hamilton had a fairy series that kinda feel to the wayside, believe her name was Merry. I…

I try to log as I go but if I I'm not able to I write it down and log when I've got computer access.

I keep mine open and can always use more friends. I want my support group to see what I'm doing, the good , the bad and the ugly. I also appreciate when my friend call me on my **** cause I can really justify anything.

Awesome, I just got there myself, what a great feeling!!!
-
Habu, so glad you're recovering. Awesome to hear about your large loss. Who cares what next week brings, bask in the awesomeness of this weeks loss!!!!!!!!!

I lost 2.2lbs this week and made it to ONEDERLAND!! Not sure how as I've been kinda unfocussed this week but I'll definitely take it. I will work on getting back on track and am so glad for all the support I've received while I've been out jerking around.
-
Thanks, I'll have to check these out.
-
Well didn't make it to ONEDERLAND like I hoped, actually gained .4lbs. Not much but enough to motivate me to re-evaluate. May be time to change up or add some new activity/exercise. Trying to look at this as a positive thing since I really can't afford the luxury of negitivity. I plan to especially work on my attitude,…

I do alot of Leslie Sansone walking dvds. Anywhere from 1 - 5 miles, total body workout. Since I got diagnosed walking has always been a big deal to me since when I first came home from the hospital I could barely walk without a cane. I really enjoy the dvds and feel very accompllished when i complete them.

I tend to eat more at night also. I think it may have to do with the fact that dinner is the only meal that I get to relax and eat at home. Meals I eat at work are more or less grazing. I have been doing alot of that lately and am working to change it. I find when I'm on the computer at night, right next to the kitchen, I…

Started at size 20 now in 16 and they're starting to get a little baggy. I think the biggest thing is that I actually want to get up and move, do stuff, go places, whatever. I used to just sit around since it was uncomfortable to move at my size. I'm so glad for this change :)
-
You look great and hopefully feel alot better too. So glad to see all your hard work pay off for you. I'm sure with the weight loss your how you see yourself will improve as well. Usually it's slower but slow and steady wins the race. Here's a big pat on the back for you!!!

YAY, so glad we're teaming up again girls. I'm hoping to get to ONEDERLAND at this Sunday's weigh-in!
-
I'm excited about this 2nd round as well. Nothing seems to motivate me as much as a goal, especially when it is realistic. I too have actually cleaned out my closet. Some of the stuff I found in there was amazing, things I didn't even know I had. Some old favs that I look forward to wearing again and some stuff that I am…

Congratulations Jerry, great to see you make your goal, you must feel awesome. I lost 1.8 with my new scale that had like a 2lb difference than the old. Figured the new challenge was the best time to switch them out. I'm so excited, hoping to reaceh ONEDERLAND next Sunday. I really think that 3600 calorie burn helped alot…

Thanks so much for the motivation Helen, I am so excited. Please list the link for the spreadsheet again so I can forward it to a few people who are interested. Thanks, Sharon

Excited that I lost 11 lbs and ready to re-enlist. Will there be a new spreadsheet or do we just work from the old one? I thought I'd heard something about weigh day switching from Sun to Mon, is this true? I am switching scales so used the old scale for the last weigh in and may start this new one on Mon with the new…

Just did my last weigh in and actually made it. Came in at 11lbs but my scale is shot so will be switching for the new challenge to my new one. That one comes up almost 2 lbs higher but will switch and stick to that one for the new challenge. I'm so excited to be a part of this. I've had many NSVs, lost some inches, down 2…

I have an orange tiger medium hair tabby named Taz. He was originally named Razmataz by my honey's mom. I started calling him Taz Man when I met him and it stuck. He's 19 now and deaf but still going strong. It's so funny, he'll sit in the middle of our 2 story living room and just start screaming like he's dying them when…

Beauty and the Beast is my favorite, but I have to admit, I've never grown up :)

I try not to go to the grocery store when I'm hungry. That's when I'm at my most vulnerable and my defenses are down. I do find myself reading labels alot more though, that is definitely a change for the better and is helping with my weight loss.

That is awesome, I'm coming up on that goal as well. Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll join you in Onderland!!!
