  • HI! I actually started the Dukan Diet today. I have 10lbs to lose and Im tyring to lose it quick. Ive done it before and it really does work so long as you plan your meals ahead of time. Feel free to follow me if looking at my diary helps with your own motivation.
  • Kclynn, would love to take a peak at your diet plan. I'm at 1300 calories, trainer 3x a week, 45min cardio 5x a week and 8lbs to drop and the scale isn't moving. Thanks!
