Same here, I was told to wait atleast 24 hours until exercising. Even if you feel better later on that day, i would wait it out just in case, you don't wanna pass out on the track. :tongue:

I don't know if this helps, but I have days like this all of the time... and the worst part is that I have a sit-down job so its hard to occupy my time. Very true. I have had friends of weight watchers. It is expensive and myfitnesspal is amazing! It's great for motivation too! WW is a huge waste of money! =)
