  • I think you can see it best in the side view. Track where your belly was in relation to your boobs back in February, and look at where it is now. I definitely see a smaller belly. You're doing a great job! Don't be discouraged! It's starting to show!
  • Coffee is a wonderful appetite supressant. Or tea. Green tea is probably the best since you don't put cream and sugar in it.
