There is an app called Workout Trainer which I highly recommend you download. My sister-in-law is a Personal Trainer and told me about this app and how she hopes here clients do not download this. Wear a headband or bandanas. That should keep most of the sweat out of your face (esp the eyes). I am lucky enough to do my workouts in the morning so I am not wearing makeup. Even if, i still wear a bandana cause I sweat a lot.

I work out 6-7 days a week. If I take a day off because I feel my body needs it, I feel depressed and guilty as if I am cheating myself.
