My scale fluctuates at times too. It is a digital scale and maybe it needs a new battery. I weigh myself in the same spot (hard floor) in the AM so I guess it is mostly consistent. Seeing the other posts about taking measurements is a good idea and I will start doing that. I just started. Good luck with your weight…
