My husband brought me home a pop tonight...when I decided I was going to give it up again. I've only drank 1/2 the bottle, but am going to dump out the rest. My wedding pictures. You're supposed to feel pretty on your wedding day, but I felt fat and ugly. Also, pictures from my friends baby shower. I looked awful, but at the time didn't feel like I looked too bad.

Skinny Cow Dreamy Chocolate Clusters are AMAZING! They don't have that fake chocolate taste, and for me, it's just enough to break that chocolate/sweet craving.

It took me several months to get out of my plateau. I was about to give up hope. What really got me going was joining a challenge group on here. I've lost 8lbs in the last 6 weeks(I think it's been 6?) which is more than I've lost since May.

You don't have to stay away from all cigarettes, you just have to stay away from that first one. It's hard, but hang in there. :happy:

They're tougher than you think :wink: Even at my heaviest, which is more than you are at the moment, I was sitting on hubby's lap. Aside from that, I know nothing of your relationship, but will say, if you aren't comfortable being honest with him, you may want to re-evaluate the relationship.
